n8n Workflow Automation

Self-hosted or cloud, custom nodes, webhook integrations, and workflows that survive contact with production.

n8n is our favourite automation platform — open source, self-hostable, and flexible enough for real workflows. We design and build n8n automations that handle real edge cases: retries, error routing, rate limits, and long-running jobs that actually finish.

What we deliver.

  • Self-hosted n8n deployment on your infra (Docker, Kubernetes, or a managed VPS)
  • Or n8n Cloud setup with workflow version control and secrets discipline
  • Custom node development for APIs not covered by the built-in nodes
  • Webhook and scheduled-trigger workflows with proper error routing
  • Long-running workflow patterns — queue mode, chunking, and resume-on-failure
  • Migrations from Zapier or Make when the bill or complexity outgrows them
  • Monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for the workflows you depend on

Use cases.

Lead routing and CRM sync

Form submissions, enrichment, scoring, and a clean handoff into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio with full audit trail.

Data pipeline glue

Move data between SaaS tools, webhooks, and databases with transforms, deduping, and retry logic — without standing up a full ETL platform.

Internal ops automation

Onboarding checklists, Slack notifications, ticket triage, invoice processing. The unglamorous workflows that save real hours.

Zapier migration

Your Zap count hit the pricing cliff or a workflow outgrew Zapier's limits. We rebuild it in n8n with cleaner logic and lower cost.

Questions.

Self-hosted or n8n Cloud?+
Self-hosted gives you full control, zero per-execution cost, and data residency. Cloud is faster to start and zero ops. We help you pick — and run either — based on your volume and compliance needs.
Can you build custom n8n nodes?+
Yes. When a tool has no off-the-shelf node we build one in TypeScript following the official node SDK, publish it to your private npm or install it directly.
How do you handle errors and retries?+
Every production workflow ships with an error workflow that logs failures, alerts the right channel, and retries where it makes sense. No silent death.
Do you handle workflows with large data volumes?+
Yes. Queue mode, chunked processing, pagination, and checkpointing. When a workflow genuinely shouldn't be n8n anymore, we'll say so and propose the alternative.
